Diablada is a dance named for the mask and devil costume worn by dancers. The dance represents the confrontation between the forces of good and evil, mixing elements of both Catholic traditions introduced during laconquista Spanish and Andean ritosancestrales. This dance is danced throughout Bolivia mainly in Oruro Carnival.
